Every engagement starts with a scoping call so the package fits your business exactly — here's what each one includes, in full.
We walk through your business, what you sell, and where the software will do the most good — and confirm the right package before anything is billed.
Your storefront, marketing tools, and AI toolkit are configured for your business and connected to your domain, with training as we go.
Your stack goes live — store selling, campaigns sending, dashboards reporting. You approve everything before it ships.
Through your support window (and quarterly reviews on Professional and up) we tune what's working and fix what isn't.
Before implementation begins: if you change your mind within 30 days of purchase and before configuration work on your package has started, we'll refund your package price in full.
After implementation begins: refunds are prorated for the portion of the package not yet delivered. Completed implementation work, delivered configurations, and completed training sessions are non-refundable once performed.
